lyrics

Flying over my head hitting my shoulder
Your drunken influence makes me sleepy
It’s not surprising you’re so much older
You dare get sassy in my company

Don’t you believe in love?
Pour us another cup
Everywhere I go someone’s reading poetry you know
This altercation this interaction
Convulsed with such hate dirty and rusty
Everywhere I go someone’s reading poetry

Not feeling anything at all sleeping in a cage
Bits of metal in my lungs island in the middle of middle age
Drum music in suburban air alertness in sexual flight
Flying over head hitting my shoulder I really loved last night

Don’t you believe in love?
Pour us another cup
Everywhere I go someone’s reading poetry you know
This altercation this interaction
Convulsed with such hate dirty and rusty
Most of these problems are very simple
Just take two pills wherever you go
Everywhere I go someone’s reading poetry
